Megan Humphreys, LCSW, PPSC

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC). My clinical foundation began through working in foster care and adoption through a trauma-informed community based agency. This background has provided me with a trauma-informed lens that guides my clinical practice. I transitioned to working in the educational setting, where I have worked in elementary, junior high and high schools, as well as in alternative education, as a therapist and social worker- specializing in school based therapeutic support, and crisis intervention through suicidal and self harm risk assessments and support.

I am passionate about supervising and helping you navigate the complexity surrounding legal and ethical concerns and helping you grow in your clinical skills as a social worker/ therapist individually or through group supervision. Within supervision, I ask that you take the lead on coming prepared with specific cases to discuss to make the most of our time together. If interested, I also love to incorporate case studies, diagnosing and legal and ethical studies to help you feel prepared for your licensure exam!
