About
I graduated from Western Carolina's MSW program in 2009. I specialized in addiction and mental health. After graduation, I was an assistant director of a detox facility. I later transitioned to working in hospice, which is my passion. After six years in the end of life field, I now work as a young adult oncology social worker in a hospital. This position was created after the hospital partnered with a nonprofit, so it is unique for sure. I am married to an Air Force pilot, have three kids and two dogs.
