I offer individual and group supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure, drawing on 8 years of supervising LSWs and LMSWs through caseload development, clinical skill-building, and the real-world demands of insurance-based practice.

Teaching is the part of this profession I love most. The clinical work is deeply meaningful, but sitting with a newer clinician and helping the pieces click into place is where I come alive. It's also personal for me. Good supervision was genuinely hard to find when I was coming up, and I felt the cost of that gap. I've come to believe that having someone set solid foundations early is one of the true cornerstones of your growth as a clinician. It shapes the kind of practitioner you become. Knowing how scarce good supervision still is, and how much I actually enjoy this work, is exactly why I'm doing it.
